Rules: 
1. Do not enter number pictures or copy pictures, or any type of work from a kit or pattern.  Only original works, created in the past three years, will be accepted and judged. 
2.  Name, address, and classification should be written plainly on the back or base of each exhibit.  The artist's name on a painting should be covered.  All work must be the creation of the exhibitor. 
3.  All pictures must have wires attached for hanging, glued on hangers will not be accepted.    Watercolors should be matted. 
4.  Framed entries must not exceed four feet in width or height.  Sculptures must not exceed five feet in height including display base. 
5.  Amateurs are those whose exhibits represent a recreational hobby and is not used as a means of livelihood. 
6.  Sculpture divisions will include wood carvings as long as they are original art creations and not patterns.                                         
7.  Every precaution will be taken to insure the safety of exhibits, but in no case will the Fair be responsible for loss or injury of same.
