General Rules:
1.  By Michigan Department of Agriculture Rules, animals may be shown in one class only which pays a premium. 
2.  All animals entered in a class must show predominate characteristics of the breed and classification of the class. 
3.  Exhibitors must comply with state health requirements. 
4.  Animals may not be removed until 6:00 p.m. Sunday. 
5.  Junior class open to Marquette County residents only.  No entry fee. 
6.  Each animal can be shown in only one class that pays, plus fitting and showmanship. 

FAIR SCALE WEIGHT WILL PREVAIL: Scale weight of animals by a Marquette County Fair Official is FINAL. Any person disagreeing with weight of animals may be asked to take livestock home.

Section 1--Market Animals

All animals for market sale must be shown in this section, and must include showmanship.

2 Swine Showmanship 9-13 years
3 Steer Showmanship 14-19 years
4 Steer Showmanship 9-13 years
5 Lamb Showmanship 14-19 years
6 Lamb Showmanship 9-13 years

MARKET ANIMALS MAY NOT BE SHOWN IN BREEDING CLASSES

SECTION 2-Market Classes

Market classes- If more than ten animals in a class it will be divided by weight.
