RULES: 

1.  The photograph size should be a minimum of 5x7 and a maximum of 16 x 20.
2.  Photo should be mounted to foam core or mount board.  A mat to compliment the photo should not exceed the size limit of 16 x 20.
3.  Frames will not be permitted.
